The Challenge
Srihari Global School needed a custom payment gateway integration different from our standard setup, extended to both web and mobile. They were also running on a single biometric device setup, which could not scale as the school grew across multiple entry points, and their existing dashboard needed a redesign to better suit how the school's staff actually work.
What We Did
1. Custom Payment Gateway Integration
The school required a different payment gateway than our standard offering. We implemented a new, custom-integrated gateway through the Online Payment module and extended the same integration into their Mobile App, so parents can pay fees through either the website or the app using the same gateway.
2. Multi-Device Biometric Setup
The school was previously limited to a single Biometric Attendance device. We set up and synced 5 biometric devices with our software, allowing the school to run attendance capture across multiple entry points simultaneously instead of funneling students through one device.
3. Dashboard Redesign
We redesigned the school's admin dashboard to better match their day-to-day workflow, giving staff a cleaner and more relevant view of the information they use most.
The Outcome
Srihari Global School now has a payment experience tailored to their preferred gateway across both web and app, a biometric attendance setup that scales with multiple entry points instead of a single bottleneck, and a dashboard redesigned around how their staff actually work.
