Doon Shiksha Public School, Khekra, Baghpat
Client: Doon Shiksha Public School, Khekra, Baghpat, U.P.
The Challenge
Doon Shiksha Public School needed multiple official certificates generated directly from the system, each following the school's own specific format rather than a generic template. They also required a certificate in Hindi for parents and local authorities who preferred documentation in the regional language.
What We Did
1. Transfer Certificate (TC)
We customized the Student Management module to generate Transfer Certificates in the school's required format and with all the specific fields requested by the school.
2. Bonafide Certificate
We implemented a customized Bonafide Certificate with the layout and wording specified by the school, allowing staff to generate the document directly from the system.
3. Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate
A custom DOB Certificate format was created for official date of birth verification, based on the school's specific requirements.
4. Appreciation Certificate
We created a distinct Appreciation Certificate with a recognition-style design, separate from the standard academic and official certificates.
5. DOB Certificate in Hindi
We redesigned the DOB Certificate in Hindi so the school can generate the document in the regional language for parents and authorities who require Hindi-language documentation.
The Outcome
Doon Shiksha Public School can now generate all five certificate types directly from the system in their own required formats, including a Hindi-language version of the DOB Certificate, eliminating the need for manual formatting outside the platform.
